Clingera studio rooms

Clingera offers three separate, self-contained studio double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and kitchenette, providing everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Formerly known as Clingera Guest House, many guests will fondly remember the warm hospitality of Tony and Irene over the years. As the next generation, we are delighted to have taken over Clingera and lovingly refurbished the building into three modern studio rooms. Each studio is fully equipped to allow you to cook and prepare your own meals in the comfort of your room, while also offering a cosy space to sit back and relax after a day of exploring Unst.

Guests also have access to a large shared TV and games room, perfect for unwinding in the evenings or on quieter days.

Situated in the centre of Baltasound, the main village in Unst, Clingera is ideally located close to local amenities, including shops, the post office, and the local play park. The Unst Leisure Centre is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and there are several beautiful coastal walks nearby, making Clingera an excellent base for discovering the island.
